Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join
our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing
campaigns that promote our brand and its products. The ideal candidate has a deep
understanding of the digital landscape, from social media and content strategy to paid
advertising and analytics, with a focus on driving measurable growth.

Campaign Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.

SEO/SEM: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for web pages, blogs, and social platforms.

Performance Tracking: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Optimization: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data.

Market Research: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve user funnels.
Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

0-1 year of proven working experience in digital marketing.

Paid Media: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Analytical Tools: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Ad Platforms: Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Meta Ads campaigns.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML is a strong plus.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication.
